Proteins are central players in biological systems. Their abundance, structure, folding state, and post-translational modifications provide essential insight into both physiological mechanisms and disease processes.

Jess™ is a fully automated, capillary-based, multiplexed immunoassay platform with picogram-level sensitivity, enabling highly quantitative protein detection.

What’s the advantage?

Simply prepare your samples (only 3 µL per well!), load them with your antibodies and reagents for total protein detection, select your run settings… and three hours later, Jess™ delivers multiplexed detection of multiple targets in up to 24 samples, without membrane transfer, long washes or overnight incubations, imaging optimization or manual band quantification. Jess™ does it all!

In our lab, Jess™ is used for: CSF and serum samples, conditioned media and cell lysates, low-input materials (e.g., few cells, immunoprecipitates, purified fractions), and many other challenging sample types
